JARAL Consultants began as a single-discipline financial advisory practice in 2013, founded on the conviction that Pakistani SMEs deserved the same quality of counsel that multinationals flew in expensively from London or Dubai.
Over twelve years, we expanded — guided by the problems our clients actually had, not by service-line ambition. Overseas employment came first, because too many of our clients' employees were being lost to predatory recruiters. Construction project management followed, when several family-business clients began commercial development. IT training was added when we kept watching capable Pakistani professionals priced out of global jobs by skill gaps we knew how to close.
Today the firm is five focused disciplines under one roof — and one philosophy: the client's outcome is the only metric that matters.
