Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated at jaral-consultants.co (the “Site”) and any preliminary interactions with JARAL Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. (“JARAL Consultants”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Paid client engagements are governed by a separate written engagement letter or scope of work executed between you and JARAL Consultants. Where the engagement letter conflicts with these Terms, the engagement letter prevails for that engagement.
About JARAL Consultants
JARAL Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated in Pakistan, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), and operating from Delta Tower, 43-Midway, Bahria Town, Karachi, Pakistan. We provide consultancy services across five disciplines: financial management, overseas job consultancy, commercial building construction, IT training, and AI solutions.
We are not a law firm, a licensed immigration practitioner, or a registered investment advisor. Where your matter requires advice from a regulated professional, we will tell you and refer you to an appropriate party.
Use of this website
The Site is provided for general information about our firm and services. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site.
- Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce material on the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Information on the Site is provided in good faith for informational purposes only. We update content periodically but do not warrant that it is exhaustive, error-free, or current at all times.
Client engagements
All paid work begins after we agree on a written scope of work, fee structure, and timeline. Each engagement is subject to:
- An initial scoping conversation, which is free of charge and non-binding.
- A formal proposal or engagement letter that you sign before any work begins.
- The expertise and judgment of qualified professionals at JARAL Consultants.
We reserve the right to decline engagements at our discretion, including where there is a conflict of interest or where we believe we cannot deliver value to the prospective client.
Fees & payment
Fees, payment milestones, and refund terms are set out in the relevant engagement letter. Standard practice is for us to invoice in PKR for clients in Pakistan and in USD for international clients, in advance of or alongside delivery. Late payments may attract mark-up charges as set out in the engagement letter.
Confidentiality
We treat all non-public information shared with us in the course of an engagement — financial details, business plans, personal data of employees, project documents — as confidential. We will not disclose such information except: (a) with your consent; (b) to our own professional advisors and service providers under confidentiality obligations; or (c) where we are required to do so by Pakistani law, regulation, or a court order.
We expect the same confidentiality from you regarding our methodologies, frameworks, and any non-public information we share with you.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the JARAL logo, and the Site's structure and code — is the intellectual property of JARAL Consultants or its licensors, and is protected under Pakistani and international copyright law.
Deliverables produced under an engagement (reports, models, designs) are typically licensed to you for the agreed purpose; ownership and licensing terms are detailed in the relevant engagement letter. Pre-existing JARAL methodologies and frameworks remain our property.
Disclaimers
Information on the Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
No advice is given through the Site. Reading the Site or contacting us through enquiry forms does not establish a client relationship. Specific advice is provided only under a signed engagement letter and only by qualified professionals.
Immigration, legal, and financial topics referenced on the Site or in informal conversation are general and educational. For binding advice you should engage a regulated immigration practitioner, lawyer, or licensed financial advisor as appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JARAL Consultants' aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or any free pre-engagement interactions shall not exceed PKR 10,000.
Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the engagement letter, which typically caps liability at the fees paid for that engagement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold JARAL Consultants harmless against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms, except to the extent such claims arise from our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Termination of website access does not affect any subsisting engagement, which is governed by its own engagement letter.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
Where the dispute relates to a paid engagement, the dispute-resolution mechanism in the engagement letter (which may include arbitration) takes precedence.
